The extra mile, for you and beside you.

We create opportunity in alternative resolution – in particular arbitration – by connecting clients with private funders.

ABOUT

OPPORTUNITY THIRD PARTY FUNDING - TPF was established in 2021 by legal experts from several countries who came together to give international and domestic private financing of alternative dispute a new and different direction. Based on the realization that many worthy claims go unheard due to lack of funding and time, our experts challenged themselves to ultimately bridge the gap between claimants who wish to have their claims heard, and funders who desire a fair return on their investment.

With an initial focus on Latin America, OPPORTUNITY THIRD PARTY FUNDING - TPF, seeks to increase opportunities for all companies and stakeholders in need of obtaining increased access to the multiple available options in the world of alternative dispute resolution, in particular arbitration, encompassing international and domestic investment and commercial arbitration.
